Customer satisfaction is always our goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise back to us within 90 days. We, in our discretion, will replace it, or, based on your method of payment, refund your money. In most instances, your receipt can be retrieved by checking your old emails from Tuggo. All returns are subject to system approvals.
If you choose to return or exchange your product, complete the following steps:
- Place item into a sturdy shipping package.
- Include all manufacturers’ original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
- Place shipping label on the package.
- Give the package to your local parcel carrier or drop it off at any carrier location (store, terminal or drop box).
Note: The original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return or exchange.
Please report items that are damaged or missing within three days of delivery.
These remedies are your exclusive remedies. All other remedies are hereby excluded. All warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded. The exclusions herein are subject to and may be limited by applicable law and you may have additional rights that vary from state to state.
